How to create a "count-to"-module?

Hi, I've seen this and it looks so good: https://inorganik.github.io/countUp.js/

Im woundering if anyone might know how to convert it to plain JS so we can use it in Titanium? E.g a jquery-plugin here. http://jsfiddle.net/YWn9t/
