Android nested view Wrong height value

Hello, guys.

I have a very specific need so I will simplify as much as I can my question so you can understand what I'm going through.

I Have a View inside another view. That being said: 1- The parent View is of fixed height 2- The Child view content height is bigger than parent height 3- There`s a reason that the parent view height is not Ti.UI.SIZE so dont suggest that

I Need to get the child view's height to make some stuff in my code.

On iOS, size.height gets the correct child view's height (including the content that is offscreen) On Android the height informed only counts the child view`s rendered area. Everythin that is offscreen is not considered, hence, the child's view max height returned is the parent's view height, even if the child's height is bigger than the parent's.

I need to get the real height of the child's view on Android. iOS returns the right value.

Anyone has a clue? iOS get's It right. Android Doesn't.

I Tried converting the Child View to an Image, but the resulting Image does not include the offscreen content. Only iOS creates the whole view as an Image. Android toImage is cropped to what's onscreen only.
