I'm wondering if their is any way to get the visual feedback you get from a Table View Row tap on Android 5.0+ in a List Item. I can provide an image if you like but I'm after the style that highlights the area and then slowly fills it with a darker shade from where you pressed. I am aware of selectedBackgroundColor and I will use this as a last resort because its not what I'm after and looks boring.
I know its something minor but it has been frustrating me ever since I moved on from Tables as they didn't provide the functionality I needed.
