iPhone springboard icon have to touch many times to open the app

I have iPhone application name "Lunch Kaki", i build it with the information as below:

My app is the yellow icon with the name "Lunch Kaki", sometimes when i kill my app, then i want to reopen it, then i have to click many times on my app icon.
