Unfortunately, Packager installer has stopped.

I've been having this issue for the last couple of days. First of all when I try to run my app through Appcelerator Studios it only launches on my device sometimes - I had to start using my device as the Android emulator sucked. It keeps messing up and freezing on "writing manifest".

So I have two questions:

1. Why when I try to run my app no error show up, yet it hangs.

2. Why when I abort the app and get the APK from the bin file and try to install it, it says "Unfortunately, Packager installer has stopped."
