Hello developers,
I have Created an application whose apk size is more than 50MB. So after my findings got to know that we can divide and merge it by (main and patch file) APK Expansion in Native.
Here we are doing two things one is dividing of apk and other is merging of data after app getting download into SD Card.
But while creating a module for expansion i am not able to achieve required output due to use of service and broadcast receiver along with 3 individual libraries while merging of data from cache. I have integrated APK Expansion Zip Library, Application Licensing, downloader Library.
I have done coding for DownloaderService and also DownloaderServiceBroadcastReceiver to get the code from SD Card cache and also gone though http://developer.android.com/google/play/expansion-files.html.
But not able to merge two apks in Appcelerator. So, let me know if i am missing any-other thing for making an android module.
