Unable to log in to Appcelerator

Hi, I tried to log in to Titanium Studio (I usually use command line), and I got an error logging in:

> The login server returned an error. Please consult the troubleshooting page for more information.

I followed the instructions to use curl and got the following (using my correct username and password).

~ $ curl -F "username=XXXXXXX" -F "password=YYYYYY" https://dashboard.appcelerator.com/api/v1/auth/login
{"success":false,"description":"You don't have access to Appcelerator Platform yet. Please contact your administrator to get access.","code":403,"internalCode":7}

I've been using the account successfully since last November.

Please advise how I get my account working again. Many thanks.
