Appcelarator Set up for 3.1.3

Hi ,

I have downloaded the Appcelerator studio. I want to Use Ti SDK 3.1.3 , but when tried building the App using 3.1.3. And Alloy version 1.2.2 I am getting Error "TRACE | titanium exited with exit code 8 ERROR | Error: ti run exited with error code 8" "[ERROR] Application Installer abnormal process termination. Process exit value was 1"

I Did the changes in Platform tools and tools. Could you please how to set up the Environment.
