Push Certificates on old Platform not uploading?

Hi,

My app is still on the old ACS platform - when I log in and try to add a new iOS push certificate it just fails!

Is the old ACS platform still able to update and send push to users? If not - how do I go about moving all the data over to the new platform and sending push from there to users?
