How to configure SMTP for appcelerator cloud services

I want to use appcelerator cloud services to reset user’s password for this I have configured the SMTP as;

Username : mygmail@gmail.com
Password : mygmailpassword
TLS : true
SMTP Address: smtp.gmail.com
Port : 587
Domail : gmail.com
Authentication: Login
Set default sender: false
Test Mode: false

when I pressed 'Save SMTP Settings' it takes my email address to verify, when I provided, it alerts message 'SMTP check failed execution expired'

If I set port : 465 it alerts message : 'the page at cloud.appcelerator.com says: gateway time-out'
