Scratching my head on this one. Our app distributes fine to the App Store, and shows up when searched, but when we try to install on an iPad, it say the app is not compatible with the device.
Particulars:
App is fully set up in iTunes Connect, and passes Apple Review and can is released.
All images are in place in iTunes Connect for all device sizes.
App built with Titanium SDK 3.5.1 for iPhone, iPad, Android and Mobile Web Deployment Targets.
App loads fine in iPad 2/IOS 8.3 Simulator in debug and run modes, and installs and runs on real iPad 2/IOS 8.3 using Developer mobile provisioning certificate.
No warnings from from TS or Xcode when building, archiving, validating and submitting for IOS.
What are we missing?
For reference, app is Velloe on the CA, US and ZA country App Stores.
