ios badge up to date

Hello,

I develop a chat that send push notification and increment badge by 1 to destination device when message sent.

My actual solution is to send another push with badge info up to date to self device when messsage is read. But it's not working well.

I'm looking for a simple solution to always get those badges up to date.
