Unable to locate the CLI executable. Please restart Studio or use Help > Check for Titanium Updates to install Titanium CLI

I have tried first created new Android App and after that grabed in sample projects and run "Mobile Web Preview in Browser" and in both situation appeared this message:

"Unable to locate the CLI executable. Please restart Studio or use Help > Check for Titanium Updates to install Titanium CLI."

I have "Check for new updates" in Help, and its all update, i have last version.

Titanium installed in cmd is version 3.4.2; Titanium Studio, build: 3.4.1.201410281727 Date: 28 October 2014, 17:28:23; OS: Windows 8.1; Node: v0.12.0; ACS: v1.0.23; Alloy: v1.5.1;

I have also try to run Titanium Studio as administrator but nothing works.

Can you help me?
