Hi everybody! I would ask some questions about future implementations about Titanium but I had some trouble in contact the Titanium support team so I would like to know if you can give me a hand.
I don't have access to support section or Q&A community section because, when I try to sign in with my appcelerator id (the same which I used to get access to this developer section), it says that I have to contact my administrator to get access. So I tried to get in touch with them with the form module under the section "contact" but I hadn't recieve any response yet. I tried to call but I don't think it's the right way to get information that I want. What am I doing wrong? What is the best way to get in touch with them?
