ti.map with marker in center instead of dragable pin

Hi everyone,

I have this issue, since iOS 8.1.2 ti.map module hasn't been working really ok with draggable pins, I tried updating to version 2.2.1 and drag and drop pins works again but not ok, you can't hold the pin and drop it where you want it.

So, I wanted to try another approach, If anyone used Uber, they use a single centered pin on top of the map and you move the map behind.

I tried using ti.map and trying to put a simulated pin over the map, and it seems that the center of the map view isnt the actual geographic center of the region loaded. When reading the coords of the map center and the geo center returned by the map they are somehow different, by like 20 to 100 meters

Anyone tried this approach, or had any experience with map and accuracy?
