Unable to submit app for review on iTunes connect

Hello Everybody,

I am trying to submit an app built using titanium studio for approval on iTunes. My app only supports iPhone 5 and iPhone 6. However, I keep getting these two errors while submitting app for approval.

1. Your binary indicates support for 4-Inch Retina Display. You must provide an 4-Inch Retina Display screenshot.
2. Your binary indicates support for iPhone/iPod touch. You must provide an iPhone/iPod touch screenshot.

If upload pictures from the iPhone simulator for 4-inch retina, I get following error

Your binary indicates support for iPhone/iPod touch. You must provide an iPhone/iPod touch screenshot., You must upload screenshots for 3.5-inch and 4-inch Retina displays.

How to overcome these issues? Please suggest.
