Ti.PayPal Module 2.2.3 - How to make payment view full screen on hi-res Android devices

Hi, I've not been able to find a way of making the PayPal module payment view appear full screen on hi-resolution Android devices (currently testing on the Nexus 4). See below: 

It may not be possible to do, but any ideas welcome...
