Don't show push notifications on Android

Hey,

I'm trying to make an option in my app that would disable only certains push notifications. I would still receive every push notifications but they wouldn't appear to the user he had disabled the notifications from a certain user.

Any idea on how to do this ? Preferably something that would work on iOS/Android but if not possible only on Android
