Im having trouble with ti.map annotation

I'm trying to show customview annotations on ti.map, i'm using a 30dp x 30dp view with a background image and a label inside de view.

the problem is that annotations disappear when i zoom in or zoom out the map, i tried using only an image for the annotation and it works fine, the problem is the customview.
