[Android] Push notification INVALID_SENDER

Hello

I've created new project and followed this tutorial

also I've set push notification settings in appcelerator ( Apps )

Google Cloud Messaging (GCM) API Key : AIzaSyANj7lUqiwRqEqBX56l4.....( SERVER API ) Google Cloud Messaging (GCM) Sender ID : 9766205.... ( 976620594968 )

inside console : ( APIS ) Google Play Android Developer API enabled

always get INVALID_SENDER message

what is the problem ? what i mess ?

there is no option to set application Package name in settings as provided in example

please help ?
