Material Design using titanium

Hi,

I tried implementing material design but found that i was not able to give drop shadow effects and also giving zindex properties was not showing any effect on the UI side.

Can we implement material design using titanium? if yes can you please provide me a link or give a example for implementing same?

I am using titanium sdk 3.4.1 and alloy framework 1.4
