'DeveloperPortal' build error caused by some modules

Is anyone else seeing this error?

I'm using Ti 3.1.4.GA

I've seen others get it, and say that it's the modules at fault (proven by removing them).

But does anyone know what I need to change in the modules to rebuild them to get them working?

This is full error

Would it have anything to do with my modules (and SDK) being installed in (root) /Library/... and not ~/Users/[username]/Library ?
