Terminal error: "bad interpreter: Invalid argument"

I've been battling the "No Android SDKs were found under the specified SDK location" error for almost a week now. As part of the process I'm trying to use the TI Terminal for diagnosis. When I issue the command "ti info" I get the following error:

sh-3.2# ti info sh: /cygdrive/c/Users/username/AppData/Roaming/npm/ti: /bin/sh: bad interpreter: Invalid argument

I did not have this problem before upgrading to version 3.3, and have since downgraded back to 3.2.3 while trying to resolve the "SDK not found" error.

OS: Windows 7, 64-bit Titanium Studio, build: 3.2.3.201404290739
