Getting Error When installing NPM

Hi All,

I am trying to install new Titanium Studio, But the iOS and Andriod Configurations are not set, When i am searching in google, Suggestions are for looking the npm and checking the titanium versions, So i tried

which titanium
/usr/local/bin/titanium

titanium -v or titanium version

I am getting following error

FATAL ERROR: Error: Unable to parse config file

What to do please suggest it is killing lot of time.
