I have a mobile app connecting to a Node.ACS Application on the Appcelerator Cloud. Since the beginning of last week (7th July 2014), I've been receiving random timeouts on all of my Web Services, whether GET or POST. These Web Services have been running for over a year now, so that rules out problems with the Web Services itself.
These Web Services should last anywhere between 5 and 20 seconds, but sometimes last 60 seconds before I receive a timeout (I set the timeout of these Web Services to 60 seconds). If I run it again then it will complete in a few seconds as per normal, although sometimes I have to run it up to 6 times before it behaves. Remeber, this is random and sometimes does work first time.
I need to understand if this is an Appcelerator Issue or possibly an issue with the internet line between South Africa and whichever Country the Appcelerator Cloud is hosted.
