Loca notification

i want to make notification.when user set Monday,Sunday (mean particular day of week) and set different time (10am,1pm...).then it shuold be repeated at specific day and specific time and every week repeatly Example app like I have to create a pills reminder that warns user with local notifications. The user would set pills time with different parameters :

end date
hour
specific week days
