Alloy for beginner mobile developer

Hi,

I like the concept of MVC, and I also like the idea of developing for all mobile types by alloy framework.
but i can't find a tutorial explain step by step to beginner developer.

SO I have some question about alloy framework::

1. What is the background should the beginner know?

2. What is the programming language should the beginner know?

3. Is the controller code pure JavaScript code? Or use other language?

4. what is the feature can alloy develop?

5. How can use audio/video/alarm/notification/map/network connection/animation .. and so on in alloy? Where I can find the tutorial/code of it?
