NAVIGATION_MODE_STANDARD or other way to hide tabs

Hello everybody,

does any body know how to set "NAVIGATION_MODE_STANDARD" for Android (using sdk 3.x) in Appcelerator? Is there maybe a way to set it in tiapp.xml? The reason for setting this is my need to hide the tabGroup in Android.

In all documentation I've found - there is no working way for Android, hiding tabs using appcelerator. But I know there is - weeks ago I made a mistake that has been resulting in the disappearance of the tabs - but I do not remember what I have done.
