Problems while creating a new project

Hi,

when ever i try to create a new titanium project i get the following error, [ERROR] Missing required option "--username"

after searching i found this one link (http://developer.appcelerator.com/question/146837/unable-to-login-with-titanium-cli-version-3022)

i tried everything suggested by Chris Barber on this link. Everything went right but when i try to log in by giving titanium login in cmd, i get stuck there. it shows the error as

Login failed: Error communicating with the server: Error: connect ECONNREFUSED
