Barcode Scanner view finder is too small to read bar code on Samsung S5

Using Titanium SDK version 3.2.3 Samsung S5 with Kitkat Windows 8.1 PC

Hi i need to know if it is possible to be able to enlarge the size of the bar code view finder. The bar code cannot be read by the Samsung S5 as the devices camera is to far from the bar code. if you hold it closer the window is too small to fit all of the bar code in.
