Can't build or setup from CLI

All of a sudden, I can't run any Titanium CLI commands. Not even titanium sdk select, I get the following

[ERROR] Failed to run command "setup"
[ERROR] TypeError: Invalid Version: 2.1b.0

When I try and resetup, I get to the this command

titanium sdk install 3.2.2.GA --force

I'm on the latest official release.
