Problem Updating Titanium SDK

Hi,

Every time I try to upgrade my titanium SDk I get this error message.

Error extracting zip file - /var/folders/q5/yscs6n4x02l3_4hlqvggqvl80000gn/T/release-download
archive is not a ZIP archive

Here are the contents of that folder and as you can see the update utility downloads zero byte files for some reason.
