Iphone4 does not get push notification value(payload)

I am new in iphone development field and basically web service developer.

I have a two device that is iphone4 and 5, when i send a notification from iphone4 to 5, it works fine but when i send a notification from 5 to 4 and check payload values it always gives null value.

Please help me to sought out ASAP
