Android SDK Not Recognized, no solutions working...

I have been at this for days. I am running Windows 7, Core i7 3rd gen, laptop brand/model Toshiba Satellite P775.
1. Installed Titanium
2. Tried to install Android SDK from Get Started, installing 2.33 (API10) and 4.1.2 (API16).
3. Installed for several minutes, came back as "Items missing," even after complete restart.
4. Uninstalled completely, still no luck.
5. Installed Android SDK separately.
6. Linked to SDK directory AFTER installed API10 and 16, doing it /again/ from Titanium Studio configuration for Android.
7. STILL not recognized. Now though it won't even check any of them except for 4.1.2, and says "Not Yet Configured."
8. I even tried going to System Properties and changing Environmental Variables, adding...
8a. ANDROID_SDK C:\adt-android-bundle-windows\sdk
8b. JAVA_HOME C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.7.0_45

QUESTION COURTESY LIST:
1. App Type: Mobile.
2. Titanium SDK: Titanium SDK v3.2.0.GA
3. Platform and Version: Android API10/16
4. Device: Want to get Android Emulator working eventually...
5. Host OS: Windows 7
6. Titanium Studio: Titanium Studio, build: 3.2.0.201312191547
Build: jenkins-titanium-rcp-master-76 (origin/master)
7. A Simple Test Case: Not available
8. Logs:

If someone gets this to work, I'll love you so much... lol. I've literally spent about 12-15hrs on this! Gah!
