Hi, this is really beyond my knowledge. quite big problem with an updated app on the store. I have a Titanium app that uses facebook to login/logout the users and it works in conjunction with our own auth api set. smooth. two days ago we updated the app and users are reporting this terrible error: after the update they can't login with facebook. I'm pretty sure it's a code 5 error (just presuming, I think I saw a similar error on a test device days ago)
Now here's the procedure they need to do to login again: go to your iPhone general, under facebook settings. set the switch near our app (the one that grants access) to off and then to on again. open the app and login with success.
Now, why this? I'm sure we'll have to resubmit the app with a fix but I can't imagine what fix. We used the standard procedure on our alloy app. I don't think a forced logout from facebook (the first time they open the app after the update) would solve the problem? Do you have any advice guys?
