How to run alloy example

Hi, i'm new to Titanium.

I installed Titanium Studio 3.1.1 on windows 7.

I would try nfc module and example on a Google Nexus 4.

I installed the module, but i can't run the example.

I read to import project and change project nature, but in "Run configuration" i can't make anything with that project.

Any help?
