Unable to create a new project

Hi, I tried to create a new project but it doesn't work, I'm getting this message:

Unable to create new project Run titanium help for available commands

please could you help, I'm using the node version 0.10.22 and Titanium Studio, build: 3.1.3.201309132423 google api Android 4.4 I added node.exe in my PATH windows 8
